Alcohol and the workplaceHealth@Work has been commissioned by Liverpool Primary Care Trust to help deliver the Business & Commerce strand of the 2007 – 2010 ‘Alcohol Harm Reduction Strategy’. As a result we are working with a number of partner organisations to deliver a high standard of information, resources and support to businesses, trade unions and individuals Our aim is not to stop people drinking alcohol completely. It is to raise awareness of sensible drinking. We wish to help people make the right decisions about their consumption levels by helping to understand consumption levels and the potential health impact. We help employers to develop and implement good workplace alcohol policies and procedures through direct face to face support, issuing information and through making all our support materials accessible via the website.
