As part of our continuing work with the licensed sector we have produced various training resources, policies and guide-sheets. These are available for free download. We recommend that the two policies (customer & staff) are implemented in consultation with staff members. The ‘guide to producing a workplace policy’ will help with this process
The fact-sheets have been designed for use by employers as part of their staff training programme. Many licensees have used the fact-sheets during team meetings to raise awareness of issues and to enter into discussion with employees
