Walking Lunches


Join Health@Work for Walking Lunches around the Liverpool area. The 30 minute lunchtime walks, in partnership with the Liverpool BID Company, take place every two weeks; the walks are a great way to network and get healthy!

Once a month we are privileged to have a Blue Badge Tour Guide from Heart of Liverpool Tours who leads the walk with a bespoke historical theme each time and best of all…it costs you nothing!

We meet in Exchange Flags at 12.30pm – Next historical walk is Tues 5th April.

NB: Some of the history walks may take longer than 30 mins. However, all are local so you can head back to the office whenever you need to!
